Recently Monday has become ‘Fashion Monday’ around the Law Office of Douglas A. Stephan. However, today around the interwebs there isn’t really much to discuss in the world of fashion law. In fact, there isn’t really much to talk about in general on the dubya dubya dubya’s except someone dropped $250,000 on a glob of glue that supposedly looks like Homer Simpson. Generally, I think you can do whatever you want with your money, but personally, this doesn’t look anything like Homer. While I am not the biggest Simpsons fan, my roommate in college could name every character on the Simpsons poster so I know what Homer looks like. Nonetheless, I hope I get to the level in life where I can drop $250,000 on a glob of glue and not even worry about it. No matter if it even looks like a cartoon character or not. Now that I am on twitter I suppose this is called #onepercentproblems.
Anyways, today has been somewhat rough all around. First, my post on Bitter Lawyer (which can be read here) was awkwardly edited so some of the jokes are now just awkward. Then I have two cases that are quickly becoming headaches because the other parties involved are not very compliant. Nonetheless, I then found some very good news that I am going to boast about. After checking with my website’s server, I am proud and thankful to announce that stephanlawoffice.com received over 1,000 visits in the month of January. In comparison, the September 2011, the first month, only had 188 visits. Moreover, in the first month I had just over 50 unique visitors to my website and today I have almost 500 per month. I can only thank all of you for your continual support as I have grown not only my blog but also my law practice. (You all do know I actually am an attorney right? Feel free to browse the rest of my website if you would like.)
Once again I would like to take the opportunity to thank all of you for your continual support. I promise that if you all continue to read, I will continue to blog straight fire every week.
