In order to better serve our Small and Medium sized business clients, we have developed a Retainer Program to aid businesses in the everyday legal challenges that often face businesses. In essence, the Law Office of Douglas A. Stephan will provide you with ‘In-House Counsel’ services at a fraction of the cost. - Unlimited Phone Calls and Emails quickly answering your legal issues.
- 12 Meetings per year (One per month unless otherwise agreed to by both parties)
- 6 basic documents per year
- Member Rates for other services

As Needed Phone Calls and Emails
As needed calls and emails are the primary benefit of our membership plan. You get unlimited phone calls (within reason) or quick emails so you can get legal counsel when you need it. Client calls and emails are promptly returned. This ensures your business gets timely advice to legal issues as they develop.
Meetings
Regular meetings help insure you are taking full advantage of having a legal counselor on your side.
Basic Documents
As your business grows, it will need basic legal documents that are typical for small businesses. These plans entitle you to obtain these documents to help ensure efficient business operations. Additional documents are available at a discounted rate to members.
Special Member Pricing
If you are dealing with other legal matters or have additional legal needs, special pricing is available to clients who are members of the Flat Fee Retainer Plans.
