I would like to take an opportunity to welcome everyone to the Law Office of Douglas A. Stephan’s Blog. It has been an exciting few weeks for myself as I have begun the process of opening my own law office. While most of my website is dedicated to my work with clients in resolving their legal issues, the Blog will be an area where I will be able to discuss various legal topics that are currently at issue in the legal profession. Moreover, I hope to provide some insight on the law in order for you to be better educated just in case you might need to know how to best act in a troubling predicament. Nonetheless, this is an exciting time for myself and my career and I hope that you will enjoy.
